Registration for the 2015-2016 School Year

4K Registration for the 2015-16 school year began on Monday, February 2nd, 2015. Couldn't make it? No problem. Begin the process online by clicking on the link below, then call your school to set up a time to go in and complete the process. Parents of children who currently attend an early education program through the MMSD do not need to register again.

When parents or guardians register their child, they will be required to show proof of age and proof of residency.

Proof of age -- the child's birth certificate or passport, or other proofs such as copies of medical records, formal religious records maintained by an entity other than the parent/guardian, etc. are acceptable.

Proof of residency -- a utility bill, lease or mortgage are acceptable.

Children are welcome to accompany parents, but they are not required to attend.
